Alaska Airlines Flight Attendant Fired After Viral Twerking Video, Launches GoFundMe For Support
Nelle Diala, an Alaska Airlines flight attendant, was fired after a viral TikTok video showed her twerking on a plane while waiting for the captain, captioning it, “ghetto bih till i D-I-E, don’t let the uniform fool you.”
According to reports, Diala explained the dance was a celebration marking the end of her probationary period, but her joy was short-lived as the airline terminated her just six months into her contract.

In response, she reposted the video with the caption, “Can’t even be yourself anymore, without the world being so sensitive,” and launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $12,000 for support.
