SZA had some choice words for a fan who was eagerly awaiting new music after the singer teased an announcement for January 6.

While SZA had intended to drop something extra for her audience, delays due to sample clearance issues and wildfires affecting the production team forced her to push back the announcement.

Frustrated by the fan’s criticism, SZA took to X to fire back. She expressed that the fan clearly didn’t understand the challenges behind the scenes, adding, “You don’t give a f**k, and lack common sense.”

SZA also admitted that she should have listened to her manager, Punch, instead of teasing the new music and spilling tea prematurely.
