Kandi Burruss Shares Her Aunt Bertha Has Alzheimer’s: ‘It’s Not Easy’

Kandi Burruss is opening up about a personal struggle affecting her family.

During a recent appearance on Amazon Live, Kandi Burruss shared that her beloved Aunt Bertha has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s:

“We’re having a really hard time because Aunt Bertha has Alzheimer’s … It’s not easy. It’s a time.”

Aunt Bertha appeared on RHOA and starred in the spinoff Kandi And The Gang. She was also one of the inspirations behind Kandi Burruss’ and Todd Tucker’s restaurant Old Lady Gang.
