Red Lobster CEO Promises Seafood Boil Updates After Fans, Including Plies, Call Out Lack Of Seasoning
Red Lobster CEO Damola Adamolekun has announced changes to the restaurant’s seafood boils after backlash from fans—most notably rapper Plies, who slammed the dish as being bland.
Responding to the critique, Adamolekun said the company is revamping its seasoning blends and finishing sauces to deliver bolder, more authentic flavors. The new updates will also include Old Bay and parmesan and a bold new spiciness.
