JT Apologizes After Leaving Hate Comment On Pregnant Woman’s TikTok: ‘Nobody Cares About You, Blow Fish!’
JT might have jumped the gun on a comment she left under a woman’s TikTok post.
Over the weekend, a TikToker with the username thehilaryeffect shared a post saying that MAC missed out on the opportunity to use the company’s recent collab with JT as a way to bring back its Snob Lipglass. For those unaware, the makeup brand launched a signature lip combination kit in honor of JT that includes the intense brown Lip Pencil in Chestnut, neutral-pink M·A·Cximal Silky Matte Lipstick in Snob, and high-shine Lipglass Clear. The bundle retails for $54.
The TikToker added,
“Y’all could have brought that back with JT, do you know how much money y’all would have [made]?”

For reasons unknown, JT didn’t take too kindly to the woman’s request and commented under the post,
“And nobody care about you blow fish! Get your tired hating a** on ! It’s always your own ppl mutt YOU WILL NEVER could never!!!!!!”
In a response video, the woman revealed she’s 8 months pregnant and asked JT why she called her a mutt. She continued,
“You got so much sh*t done your face, it ain’t even f*cking funny, my love. … I’m speaking on MAC discontinuing a lipgloss that everybody likes. I’m so confused as to why you reacted to it. Why are you so mad?”
JT soon removed the hate comment, and when asked why by the woman in another post, she replied,
“I didn’t know you were pregnant I apologize honey. Congratulations”
The TikToker accepted the apology.
Did JT overreact? Or is she just an artist who is sensitive about her sh*t?

I found the discussion about JT’s comment quite intriguing. It’s disheartening to see such negativity directed at someone, especially a pregnant woman who should be celebrated during this special time. I wonder if you think social media platforms could take more responsibility in addressing hate comments? How do you feel these situations impact the mental health of those targeted? Also, your insights on similar trends would be fascinating—do you believe this behavior is becoming more common, or is it just getting more attention now? By the way, I recently came across Space Waves; it’s fascinating how online spaces are evolving!
