Keith Powers Celebrates 200 Days Of Being Alcohol-Free
Keith Powers is making strides in his sobriety journey.
“The Perfect Find” actor revealed via his IG Story that today (July 21) marks his 200th day of being alcohol-free! In 2019, he opened up about battling anxiety and using alcohol as a way to cope. He said,
“I could tell anxiety really affected me because there’d be things I was invited to – like an industry party – and before I go to the party, I gotta take a shot of alcohol…so I won’t have to deal with the anxiety. [Which is] something I do not recommend at all.”
Thankfully, it looks like Keith has found better ways to deal with the disorder.
