Terry Crews Celebrates 36 Years Of Marriage w/ Wife Rebecca In Heartfelt Message: ‘Just Getting Started’
Terry Crews and Rebecca King-Crews are celebrating 36 years of marriage, and the actor marked the milestone with a heartfelt Instagram post on Tuesday, July 29.
“36 years and just getting started!!” Terry captioned a carousel of photos showing the couple throughout the decades — from their wedding day to festive family moments with their five children: Naomi, Azriél, Tera, Winnie, and Isaiah.
While the couple often radiates joy, they’ve faced their share of struggles. In a February interview with People, Terry revealed that their marriage nearly ended at the 20-year mark.
“It was over. And we totally rebuilt our relationship,” he said. “We decided we were going to be stronger together… Love is about feelings — it’s work. You have to get better at it. It’s a skill.”
Rebecca echoed that sentiment last year on their 35th anniversary, sharing her own secret to longevity: “The key principle in any relationship is forgiveness. You cannot hold grudges and stay together.”
