Lil Nas X’s Family Allegedly Wants To ‘Stage An Intervention’ Following His Arrest For Battery On An Officer
Lil Nas X’s family is reportedly planning an intervention.
A source speaking to the Daily Mail says the rapper’s relatives are concerned that some of his newer friends may be exploiting him financially. “Nas doesn’t feel that he can trust many people from his past because they tried to exploit him financially. But some of those people suspect his new friends can’t be trusted either. He’s been hanging around some seedy characters in LA who some people suspect have been leeching off him and living in his house.”

The source added that his career struggles are also taking a toll. “His career has been going downhill for a while and it has affected him.” Amid these concerns, the insider noted that Lil Nas X’s family “wants to step in” and “stage an intervention.”
The news comes after Lil Nas X was arrested for battery on a police officer after being seen walking down a street in nothing but white underwear and cowboy boots. TMZ reports that he’s expected to remain behind bars until at least Monday (Aug. 25).
