#MarcusJordan, son of NBA legend #MichaelJordan, has entered a pretrial diversion program in Orange County, Florida, to resolve his DUI case stemming from a February arrest. Per the agreement, signed on Sept. 12, he must complete 50 hours of community service, install an interlock device on his vehicle, submit to random drug testing, give a $1,000 charitable donation, and write a 250-word apology letter to the arresting officer
If Marcus fulfills these requirements within 12 months, prosecutors have agreed to dismiss charges of DUI, ketamine possession, and resisting arrest without violence. The case originated from an incident where Marcus’ Lamborghini SUV became stuck on train tracks while he was allegedly under the influence. Jordan has since publicly stated that he is sober and committed to making amends.
