Her original 2023 case in #LosAngeles was dismissed on a technicality, since her contracts with Jason and #AtlanticRecords required disputes to be handled under New York law. Emaza, formerly of #Ceraadi, claims Jason first approached her in 2021 with a career opportunity, but alleges the relationship soured after she rejected his advances.
She accuses him of pressuring her to drink, suggesting her success depended on “ritualistic s3x acts,” and retaliating when she refused by pulling support, stalling her music releases, and ultimately ending her contract. She also says he created a hostile work environment that left her distressed.
Jason has denied the allegations, calling them “false and hurtful.” The New York case is still in its early stages with no hearings scheduled yet.
