T-Pain Reflects On Tough Industry Lessons: Nobody Is Your Brother
#TPain is good on the industry talk.
In an interview with Shannon Sharpe for his #ClubShayShay series, T-Pain opened up about one of the biggest lessons he’s learned in Hollywood so far: that “nobody is your brother.”
He even name-dropped DJ Khaled as someone who pulled the “brother” card, but clarified that it’s not just a “#DJKhaled-type-of-thing” and applies to many others. He continued, “Everybody’s your brother while they can use you.” T-Pain added that at this point, he’d rather treat it purely as a business situation, without the false promises of brotherhood attached.
