[UPDATE] Miss Jamaica Suffered Multiple Injuries, Including Fracture & Intracranial Hemorrhage Following Serious Fall From Miss Universe Stage

Dr. Gabrielle Henry, known as Miss Universe Jamaica 2025, suffered serious injuries after a fall from the stage last month, including an intracranial hemorrhage, a fracture, facial lacerations and other trauma. She lost consciousness and was immediately hospitalized in intensive care, under constant neurological monitoring.
The fall occurred on Nov. 19, during the preliminary evening gown round of the #MissUniverse 2025 pageant in Bangkok, Thailand. In video footage, Henry can be seen falling off the edge of the stage in high heels. She was rushed to the hospital. According to an official update from the Miss Universe Organization released today (Dec. 8), Henry is now stable and preparing to return to #Jamaica under a full medical escort. The organization confirmed it is covering all her medical treatment, rehabilitation and associated costs for her and her family.
