LeBron James Trade Rumors Dismissed by Agent Rich Paul, Calls Rumored Knicks Trade Wishful Thinking’
#RichPaul has once again shut down any talk of LeBron James being traded.
During a conversation on his brand new video podcast series, Game Over, with co-host Max Kellerman, the sports agent made it clear that LeBron is seeing his contract with the #Lakers for the 2025–26 season through. “Where’s he gonna go?” Rich responded when the topic came up.
When Max floated the idea of LeBron joining the #NewYorkKnicks, Paul dismissed it as nothing more than “wishful thinking.” He acknowledged that LeBron would elevate the #Knicks, but noted that his client would improve any roster in the league. Although LeBron will be a free agent this summer and technically has the option to leave Los Angeles, a trade feels unlikely, especially since he hasn’t asked out at any point when opportunities to do so were available.
