Halle Berry Urges Women To Stop Faking Orgasms During S3x: That’s Putting His Needs Before Our Own’
Halle Berry is encouraging women to speak up in the bedroom.
The Academy Award-winning actress said she’s done faking orgasms during s3x, making it clear that a woman should prioritize her own satisfaction. In the latest episode of the S3x With Emily podcast, #HalleBerry explained that she used to pretend to feel pleasure to make a partner feel good, but that has changed as her perspective has evolved. “I don’t do that anymore,” Berry said, emphasizing that she has stopped lying to spare a partner’s ego. Urging other women to do the same, she added, “We had to say that we did it so that he would feel good about himself. Because what is that doing? That’s putting his needs before our own.”
“I’m like, ‘No, I come first like you come first to you,’” Berry continued, adding that the goal should be a mutually satisfying encounter where both people feel good afterward. Berry, 59, is engaged to musician #VanHunt, 55. In a previous interview, she revealed that he was the first partner she was in love with before becoming intimate. Berry added, “Talk about one of those life-changing, beautiful experiences. It was magical, just magical.”
