Cardi B Turns Up Pressure On Tasha K + Demands In-Person Financial Examination Over $3.9 Million Defamation Judgment
Cardi B Turns Up Pressure On Tasha K + Demands In-Person Financial Examination Over $3.9 Million Defamation Judgment
Cardi B is turning up the heat once again in her long-running legal battle with blogger Tasha K.
According to documents filed in Tasha’s Florida bankruptcy case, the Bronx rapper is requesting that the blogger appear in person for a detailed examination of her finances. Cardi is also demanding access to bank statements, tax returns, and records tied to income generated from YouTube and other social media platforms.
The latest move comes after the pair reached a March 2025 agreement addressing the $3.9 million judgment awarded to Cardi in her defamation lawsuit. Under the deal, Tasha agreed to pay $1.2 million over five years and committed to refraining from criticizing Cardi online.
The agreement also required Tasha to provide quarterly financial disclosures.
Cardi’s new filing signals she wants closer scrutiny of those obligations as the repayment process continues in bankruptcy court.
