‘RHOA’ Star Drew Sidora Ordered To Move Out Of Marital Home As Estranged Husband Ralph Pittman Awarded Primary Physical Custody
A Georgia judge has issued a new ruling in the ongoing divorce battle between “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Drew Sidora and her estranged husband Ralph Pittman, reshaping their living and custody arrangements.
According to reports, Drew has been ordered to vacate the marital home by May 31. The judge noted the decision was based on the “current financial circumstances of the parties,” adding that until she leaves, the pair will continue splitting household expenses. Ralph, who has reportedly been living in the basement, is permitted to access the main level to prepare their children for school.
The court granted the former couple joint legal custody, while Ralph was awarded primary physical custody during the school year. Drew will have parenting time on alternating weekends beginning in August. The ruling follows concerns about the children’s school attendance while in Drew’s care.
Addressing the decision, a rep for Drew stated, “This matter is still being actively litigated, and is in the middle of the final trial. The Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case.”Ralph’s side had “no comment.”
