Orange Is the New Black star #RubyRose has sparked major online reaction after making serious allegations against pop star Katy Perry.

According to Ruby, earlier in her career, when she was in her 20s, she was s3xually a$$aulted by the I Kissed a Girl singer at a nightclub in Australia. Allegedly, an intoxicated Ruby was resting her head on a friend’s lap when Katy came up, “bent down, pulled her underwear to the side and rubbed her disgusting vagina on my face until my eyes snapped open.” Ruby added in the Threads post, “I projectile vomitted [sic] on her.”

Ruby, now 40, explained why she didn’t speak out sooner, saying she initially tried to downplay the situation publicly. She admitted she turned it into “a funny drunk story” at the time because she didn’t know how to process what happened. Ruby also said that Katy later helped her get a US visa, which also played into her keeping the alleged a$$ault a “secret” for so long. Making it clear that she’s not backing down from her claims, she welcomed Katy to sue if she’s lying, adding, “she won’t, because it happened, I have photos, and it was literally in public and witnessed by multiple people.” #KatyPerry has not publicly responded.
