Kim Kardashian & Kris Jenner Demand $7 Million From Ray J — Claim He Violated NDA In S*x Tape Dispute
Newly revealed court documents are shedding light on a high-stakes financial dispute between Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Ray J — and the numbers involved are in the millions.
According to legal filings obtained by TMZ, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner demanded $7 million from Ray J in 2025, accusing him of breaching a confidential agreement tied to their long-running legal tensions surrounding the infamous sex tape scandal. The demand was reportedly outlined in a formal letter sent by their legal team.
At the center of the dispute is a 2023 settlement agreement in which Kim and Kris allegedly agreed to pay Ray J a total of $6 million. The deal reportedly included a structured payout plan, beginning with a $3 million upfront payment, followed by additional $1 million installments spread out through 2026.
However, the situation appears to have unraveled months later. By May 2025, Kim and Kris’ attorneys allegedly demanded the return of $5 million already paid, along with an additional $1 million each for Kim and Kris — bringing the total demand to $7 million. They claim Ray J violated the agreement’s non-disclosure terms, which reportedly barred him from publicly discussing the situation or making false statements.
The alleged violations include public remarks and a livestream where Ray J spoke about the controversy, which Kim and Kris argue directly breached the terms of their deal. The dispute has since escalated into a broader legal battle, with both sides accusing each other of wrongdoing.
The case is still unfolding, and with a judge reportedly declining to keep key details sealed, more information could continue to surface — keeping this years-long saga firmly in the spotlight.
