Keith Sweat Reveals Why He Ditched Beef & Pork Decades Ago

In a recent episode of Nick Cannon’s We Playin’ Spades, Keith weighed in on a conversation about something he does or doesn’t do that may put his Black card at jeopardy, revealing he hasn’t eaten beef or pork in over 20 years. Explaining why, he said, “Back in the day when I was living in Harlem, the Muslims use to say ‘the pig was a rat, cat and a dog, so I left it alone.” Further explaining, he said, “The pig has the tail of a rat, the ears of a cat, and the body of a dog, and I just let that go.” Keith clearly hasn’t looked back since, and he’s sticking to his rule.
