Chef Milabelle, Woman Who Accused Stefon Diggs Of Assault, Tells Cardi B: “You Know Exactly Who He Really Is”

Chef Milabelle — whose real name is reportedly Jamila “Mila” Adams — is speaking out again following the recent trial involving NFL star Stefon Diggs and now appears to be addressing Cardi B directly.

For context, Adams was Diggs’ former live-in private chef and accused the athlete of a**ault and str#ngulation stemming from an alleged December 2025 incident inside his Massachusetts home. During trial testimony, Adams claimed Diggs sla••ed and ch•ked her during an argument tied to tensions over a Miami trip and financial disputes. Diggs denied the allegations, pleaded not guilty, and was ultimately acquitted by a jury earlier this month.

Defense attorneys heavily challenged Adams’ credibility throughout the trial, arguing there was no physical evidence, no medical records, and suggesting the conflict was financially motivated. Prosecutors, meanwhile, argued the case relied largely on Adams’ testimony about what allegedly happened behind closed doors.

Now, after the verdict, Adams shared an emotional social media message seemingly aimed at Cardi B, who has recently been romantically linked to Diggs and shares a son with him. In the post, she wrote, “Cardi You know I didn’t lie, You know exactly who he really is. he did it to you.”

She also claimed she previously apologized to Cardi over how “he treated” her during pregnancy and afterward, adding that their alleged messages “proves that.” Adams continued, “A man at war with himself will hurt others. It’s a losing battle, and women are just collateral damage.”

The chef ended the post by saying she no longer plans to publicly discuss the situation, writing, “I’m not speaking on this anymore, so kindly don’t speak on me.”
