Stefon Diggs’ S*xual A$$ault Accuser Christopher Griffith Settles $10 Million Lawsuit w/ NFL Star’s Brother Darez Diggs Over Alleged Att*ck
Stefon Diggs’ s*xual a$$ault accuser Christopher Griffith has settled with the NFL star’s brother Darez Diggs.
According to court documents, Griffith agreed to dismiss his $10 million lawsuit against Darez and a Los Angeles apartment complex over an alleged 2023 att*ck. Details of the settlement were not disclosed. The court filing confirmed the dismissal.
Griffith previously claimed Darez and several others att*cked him on May 29, 2023, outside his apartment elevator and stole more than $100,000 worth of property.
Meanwhile, Griffith’s separate s*xual a$$ault lawsuit against Stefon remains pending. He alleges he was dr*gged while visiting the athlete’s home before Stefon exposed himself and began m*sturbating. Griffith claims Stefon motioned for him to touch his p*nis, but he told the NFL star to put it away.
Griffith also alleges Stefon later tried to kiss him, placed his tongue in Griffith’s ear in a “kissing” manner and whispered for him to come to his room.
He further claimed Darez and two women threatened him, stripped off his clothes and placed him in a car headed to the airport.
Both Stefon and Darez have denied all allegations of wrongdoing and countersued Griffith for defamation.
