Comedian Gary Owen Reunites w/ Ex-Wife Kenya Duke After 6 Years Following Bitter Divorce-Son Austin Says ‘God Is Good’

Comedian Gary Owen and his ex-wife Kenya Duke shared a rare family moment over the weekend, reuniting for the first time in six years alongside their son, Austin.

Austin, 25, posted a photo Saturday, July 25, showing himself standing between his smiling parents during what appeared to be a celebration.

“Got my parents back together for the first time in 6 years. God is good,” he captioned the moment.

Owen responded, “It was nice hanging out and catching up,” before sharing additional photos from the reunion on his own Instagram.

“Got to spend some quality time with aust1n0wen & trulykenya yesterday. Even with all the craziness the past 5 plus years we did have a lot of good times together,” Owen wrote.

The peaceful reunion comes years after a difficult divorce and reported tension within the family. Duke filed for divorce in 2021 after nearly 18 years of marriage.

In 2024, Owen revealed he had gone more than three years without seeing his older children, describing the situation as “a nightmare.”

“At this point, I don’t know how to reconcile the relationship,” he said at the time.

Owen has since remarried Brianna Johnson, with whom he shares twin sons Royal and Rome.
