UK Reality Star Lateysha Grace Regrets Having 6 BBLs While ‘Chasing Perfection’

Reality TV star Lateysha Grace is getting candid about her cosmetic surgery regrets after undergoing six Brazilian butt lifts while pursuing what she once considered the perfect body.

The 33-year-old Big Brother U.K. and The Valleys alum reflected on her transformation during an appearance in the U.K. documentary Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection. Grace, who first entered the spotlight at 19, said years of public attention contributed to her desire to repeatedly change her appearance.

“I was constantly chasing perfection, but perfection doesn’t exist,” Grace admitted. She added, “It’s actually so sad that I’ve had to put my body through that because of reckless decisions I made when I was younger.”

Looking back, Grace said she wishes she could give her younger self a very different message:

“I wish to God now that I could go back and just speak to myself as an 18-year-old and be like ‘you were perfect, just stay as you are.’”

Grace has also spoken about how criticism of her body continues to affect her. In October 2025, the mother of three revealed she had been receiving “horrible comments” online about her appearance, admitting, “sometimes they do really get to me.” She described social media as “such a toxic place” and questioned how strangers could openly criticize a mother’s body after pregnancy and postpartum changes.

“I won’t pretend it doesn’t hurt because it does,” she said, explaining that she has tried to turn the negativity into motivation.

Earlier this year, Grace also revealed she was exploring having her BBLs reduced. She said doctors had previously told her it couldn’t be done, but she eventually found a London clinic that may be able to help. Grace admitted that considering another procedure has been difficult, especially after trying to slim down naturally without seeing the changes she wanted in her hips.
