Rod Wave – Prosecutors File 90GB Of Evidence Against Rapper In 2025 Sh**ting Case

Looks like things are heating up in Rod Wave’s sh**ting case.

#RodWave now faces over 90GB of evidence in his 2025 sh**ting case, prosecutors revealed in a July 31 court filing that included more than 1,900 photos and 111 videos handed over to his defense team. The rapper, whose legal name is Rodarius Green, is charged with 14 counts — among them aggravated a$$ault, illegal fire@rm possession, and reckless conduct — stemming from an April 2025 incident in which police say a verbal dispute with an associate escalated into g*nfire outside his Milton, #Georgia home, damaging several vehicles. The sh**ting reportedly followed a break-in at the property.

Rod has pleaded not guilty, and his attorney, Drew Findling, has stood firmly behind him, insisting his client was “a victim of a burglary” who “committed no crimes” and predicting the case will end in Green’s favor. His next court date is set for September 28 — right as he gears up to drop his album Don’t Look Down and kick off its accompanying tour on September 12.
