[Update] Diddy Released From Solitary Confinement After Alleged Fort Dix Fight
Diddy is reportedly back in the general prison population after spending time in solitary confinement over an alleged fight with another inmate.
Sources with direct knowledge told TMZ that the music mogul has been released from the “hole” at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, where he was placed following the July altercation.
The incident allegedly started after another inmate disrespected Diddy. The two men reportedly began pushing each other and throwing punches before prison staff quickly stepped in and separated them.
Sources previously claimed Diddy “held his own” during the confrontation, but officials moved him to solitary confinement immediately afterward.
It remains unclear whether Diddy could face any additional punishment over the alleged brawl. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has declined to discuss the case, saying it does not release internal details or comment on disciplinary matters involving individual inmates due to privacy, safety and security concerns.
The development comes as Diddy continues serving his federal prison sentence. His current release date is listed as February 20, 2028, after previously being pushed back.
For now, his stint in solitary is reportedly over, though any additional disciplinary consequences remain unknown.
