Amber Alert Issued: Atlanta Police Say Babysitter Abducted Two Young Sisters

Atlanta police have issued an Amber Alert for two sisters they believe were abducted by their babysitter. Four-year-old Zola Cooper and her 11-month-old sister, Norah Cooper, were last seen with the babysitter, identified as Lakesha Brown, around 6 p.m. Saturday (Aug. 15) near 365 James P. Brawley Drive NW. Brown is believed to be driving a white 2009 Ford F350 with Alabama license plate IC087Y4.
Zola is described as 3 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 42 pounds, and was last seen in a multicolored dress. Norah weighs 28 pounds, is missing the index and middle fingers on her right hand, and was last wearing a pink onesie. Police describe the case as a highly active investigation and say more details will be released as they come in.
