Things aren’t looking too good for the teen son of #RHOA alum #KimZolciak.

Prosecutors dropped a bombshell during KJ Biermann’s Friday (Sept. 11) bond hearing, alleging investigators found videos on the 15-year-old’s phone showing him engaged in s3xual acts with a family member under 12. Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy said the videos captured “multiple encounters” in which KJ allegedly used “predatory, derogatory” language toward the victim. She also noted KJ — also the son of retired NFL star #KroyBiermann — was already facing a s3xual battery charge tied to that alleged incident and had been under court supervision since October 2025. “This would now mark the second time he has been charged with an offense of a s3xual nature of a very serious kind which involves female victims,” McGillicuddy said. Judge Melynee Leftridge did not rule on bond Friday and is expected to decide by Monday.

The hearing primarily focused on separate charges stemming from an alleged April 23 a$$ault at a Georgia #LifeTimeFitness. KJ is accused of forcing himself on a classmate in a co-ed sauna, attempting intercourse despite her objections, allegedly forcing oral s3x and digitally penetrating her, though a subsequent medical exam found no male DNA. KJ was indicted last week on seven felony counts, including aggravated child mole$tation, aggravated $odomy and aggravated s3xual battery, and has remained held without bond at a youth detention facility since his Aug. 17 arrest.

His attorney has maintained his innocence and requested a $65,000 bond with Kim supervising him at home, while prosecutors cited “documented physical injury” to the classmate and requested $190,000 bond. A statement from the alleged victim was also read in court, saying alleged threats tied to the case have left her fearful for herself and her family. KJ appeared in court alongside his parents and big sister Brielle, and his attorney says he plans to plead not guilty to all charges at his Oct. 14 arraignment.
