Actress Jodie Turner-Smith Accused Of Bankrolling Brother’s Alleged Dr*g Operation, Her Team Calls Claims ‘Fictional’

Actress Jodie Turner-Smith is facing serious allegations in a new lawsuit involving her brother, Richard Smith, and an alleged dr•g operation and s*x parties.

Three women identified as Jane Does filed the lawsuit against the siblings Thursday (Sept. 24), according to TMZ. The women accuse Richard of inviting them to gatherings where dr•gs, f*r3arms and s3xual activity were allegedly present. Two of the women claim Richard pressured them to use drugs and engage in s3xual activity with him.

One plaintiff also alleges Richard told her that Jodie knew about his alleged dr•g operation, used c0caine with him and helped finance a new supply of narcotics. She further claims Richard told her Jodie gifted him an Audi that he allegedly used to transport packages containing dr*gs across state lines. Notably, these allegations about Jodie are based on what the woman claims Richard told her and have not been proven in court.

Richard is being sued for claims including s3xual battery, false impr!sonment, emotional distress and fr@ud, while Jodie faces claims including property-related negligence, negligence per se, child end@ngerment and aiding and abetting.

Jodie’s team is strongly denying the allegations. Her representative called the lawsuit “fictional” and said it was filed by someone who has allegedly been hara$$ing the actress. The rep added, “The claims are not true,” and accused the person of abus*ng the legal system by filing “meritless legal documents.” Jodie’s camp also claims that despite the lawsuit naming three Jane Does, it is actually one person presenting herself as three separate accusers.
