During a recent stream, the singer spoke about ongoing issues with his heart and liver, saying, “My liver is f**ked up. My heart is still f**ked up.” Ray J then admitted he hasn’t followed up on his condition: “I wake up and I know it. I still don’t give a f*. I still haven’t went and got it checked.”

Ray J also made some unsettling comments about the possibility of dy*ng and needing emergency medical attention. “Eventually, like, n****s is gonna die. What else is gonna happen?
