Diddy Reportedly Loses 41 Days Of Good-Time Credit & 400 Days Of Commissary Privileges Over Prison Violations
#Diddy has allegedly been living up to his Bad Boy reputation while behind bars.
According to TMZ, Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees, claims he obtained Diddy’s full disciplinary history, which includes several fights and phone violations. Diddy was reportedly written up for fighting on July 31 and September 30, with another major infraction documented on October 1. Records also allegedly show two minor phone violations, dated July 7 and September 19, 2025. As punishment, the #BadBoyRecords founder reportedly lost 41 days of good-time credit, which can help inmates secure early release, along with a whopping 400 days of commissary privileges. Rojas also warned that Diddy could be classified as a “disruptive” inmate, potentially making him eligible for a prison transfer, though that hasn’t happened.
The latest revelations come after reports surfaced alleging Diddy had been receiving special treatment at #FCIFortDix in New Jersey, including access to alcohol, massages, lavish meals, and a contraband cellphone containing nude photos. He was subsequently placed back in solitary confinement while officials investigated. Meanwhile, his projected release date has been pushed back from January 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028. Diddy is currently serving a 50-month sentence after being convicted on two pro$titution-related charges in 2025, though he was acquitted of the more serious s3x trafficking and racketeering charges.
