Jalen Rose Blasts Skip Bayless, Says He Has No Special Talent & Calls Out Those Who Made Him Famous

Former NBA star and sports analyst Jalen Rose is taking aim at longtime sports commentator Skip Bayless, questioning his talent and calling out those who helped make him successful.

In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Rose didn’t hold back, accusing others in the sports media industry of elevating Bayless for attention and financial gain.

“Yall got Skip Bayless famous, paid & kiss up to him for clicks,” Rose wrote, adding that Bayless “can’t play nor has any special talents.”

Rose also expressed frustration with the current podcast landscape, comparing his feelings to rapper Nas’ criticism of hip-hop. “I feel like NAS (for podcasts) when he said Hip Hop is dead,” he added.

While Rose didn’t identify who he believes contributed to Bayless’ success, his comments appeared to criticize the broader sports media industry and its reliance on controversial personalities to generate views and engagement.

Do y’all agree with Jalen Rose, or is he being too harsh on Skip Bayless?
