Meghan Markle Breaks Silence As Estranged Father Thomas Markle Sr. Faces Investigation Over Allegations He Possessed ‘Hundreds, If Not Thousands’ Of Child S3xual Abu$e Material

#MeghanMarkle is speaking out amid disturbing allegations against her estranged father, #ThomasMarkleSr.

In a released statement, the Duchess of #Sussex said she was “deeply distressed” by reports that her father is being investigated in the Philippines over allegations that he had “hundreds, if not thousands” of child p*rn images. Meghan revealed she first learned of troubling accusations against him in 2018, when a letter outlining the claims was sent to British authorities. Explaining why she has kept her distance from her father, she stated, “I hope it can now be understood that, despite certain media publications’ distortion over the years, any distance from my father and my choice to not allow him to have contact with our children, was for one reason: to protect them.”

According to reports, Meghan’s half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr., allegedly discovered child s3xual abu$e materials at their father’s home in the #Philippines while the elder Markle was in the U.S. receiving medical treatment. Thomas Jr. reportedly first came across some of the alleged material on an old cellphone before reporting his findings in July to an FBI hotline, the National Center for Exploited and Missing Children, and Pennsylvania state police. Philippine authorities have since confirmed an investigation is underway, with the country’s Department of Justice identifying Thomas Sr. as the subject of the probe.

Meanwhile, Thomas Sr. has denied the accusations, reportedly telling the Daily Mail, “I have never downloaded anything like that in my life,” and calling the claims “sick lies.” Meghan, however, says her main concern remains the alleged victims, expressing hope that justice is served and that protecting children remains the priority.
