Jeezy Fan Urges Rapper To Remake “My President” After Keisha Lance Bottoms Makes History As First Black Woman Elected Governor In U.S

#Jeezy, the people want you back in the recording booth, IMMEDIATELY!

Following #KeishaLanceBottoms’ historic victory in Georgia’s gubernatorial race, one fan is calling on the Atlanta rapper to remake his 2008 hit “My President,” featuring #Nas. The fan wrote on Threads, “Jeezy gotta gone head and make the 2026 mix. ‘My Governor is BLACK! My Mayor is too! YEAHHHH’” ICYMI: Bottoms defeated Republican Rick Jackson, becoming the first Black woman elected governor of a U.S. state and the first Democrat to win Georgia’s governor’s race since 1998. Meanwhile, #AndreDickens currently serves as Atlanta’s mayor, having begun his second term in January.

#TJBCrew, is it time for Jeezy to bring back this classic?
