[VIDEO] North Carolina A&T On Lockdown After Campus Shooting During Homecoming Festivities
Alarming news for students and alumni. Over the weekend, North Carolina A&T State University went into lockdown after reports of an on campus shooting. The university tweeted the following updates:

According to News 2, police were looking for two suspects who they say fled the scene. They say they student shot was taken to Moses Con Hospital with non-life threaten injures. The university later tweeted the following update:
FINAL UPDATE: The campus lockdown has been lifted. For increased safety, University Police Department recommends that you stay in doors (1) … FINAL UPDATE: The incident is under police investigation. The suspects have not been identified at this time. (2) … FINAL UPDATE: The University Police Department will be visible and on high alert throughout the evening. (3)
An increased number of people and students were on the campus, as this is the University’s annual homecoming weekend.
