Angela Bassett Directs New Whitney Houston Movie
Die-hard ‘Nippy’ fans are rejoicing! Lifetime has confirmed a Whitney Houston movie, tapping one of the late singer’s Hollywood colleagues. Angela Bassett will make her directorial debut on the original movie, currently titled Whitney Houston.
Reportedly, the film will chronicle the relationship between the late singer and Bobby Brown, from the time they first met and the height of their celebrity to their courtship and tumultuous marriage. Angela said:
