NYPD Officer Allegedly Knocks Teen Unconscious, After Weed Stop
There’s some alarming video footage of a recent arrest that took place in Clinton Hill. Compliments of the Post, newly released cellphone video has been shared with the public — showing an NYPD officer allegedly knocking out a Brooklyn teen who had been stopped on suspicion of smoking marijuana.
Reportedly, the teenager is 17-year-old Marcel Hammer and the incident took place on June 4th. Police say that the Internal Affairs Bureau is probing the incident, in which the officer allegedly pummels Marcel. See the clip, on the next page.
