Steve Stoute and Jay-Z were spotted at the Jazz vs New Jersey Nets game in Newark last night. Jay is spotted in a serious need of an edge-up; in Decoded he shares that when he’s recording an album, he doesn’t cut his hair. It’s called a “Afro Ritual.” I kid. But it is a ritual for him.

Kim Kardashian and her brother were spotted @ the game. The ball serves as a halo for court-side games.
