Popular entertainment web site, Worldstarhiphop.com (WSHH) has been shut down. The web site is popular among users for releasing the latest hip-hop and R&B videos, controversial videos, news, etc. According to a number of sources, the site has been temporarily removed due to copyright infringement.
Since the announcement, rumors have been circulated that 50 Cent is responsible for having the site shut down. 50 called into Hot 97’s Angie Martinez, and clarified that he did not, shut the site down, but he is suing WSHH for utilizing 50’s images. He also said said that “they (WSHH) encourage negativity,” and encouraged folks to visit his site, thisis50.com.
