Last night, on Ustream, Wiz Khalifa announced that his new album, Rolling Papers, will be released March 29th. Some of the guest features will include Snoop, Rick Ross, Too Short and Currensy. Sidebar: am I the only one that noticed that blonde Amber Rose streak that he was rockin’?
