(EXCLUSIVE) Birdman Hit With $1 MILLION Dollar Lien Over Unpaid Mansion Construction
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports that Cash Money founder Birdman (real name Bryan Williams) has been accused of screwing over a construction company who completely reconstructed his Miami mansion, to the tune of $1 MILLION + dollars and now the company has headed to court to get the rap mogul to pay up.
Birdman dropped $14.5 MILLION DOLLARS to purchase the mansion that used previously owned by music producer Scott Storch before he went bankrupt. The home featured 9-bedrooms, 17-baths with 25 foot ceilings and a below ground pool, outdoor pool with cabana, a movie theater, gym, spa, an in-house massage room and 100 feet of waterfront and a private dock. Birdman wanted renovations done to the property and borrowed $5 MILLION dollars for the work.
