Hustle Harder: 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather Launch Movie Production Company

Saturday, at Sundance, rapper and sh*t talker, 50 cent (Curtis Jackson), announced plans for a new action film project titled, “Tomorrow Today.” Teaming with his close friend and boxer, Floyd Mayweather, the film will be distributed through 50’s Cheetah Vision Films (which launched at Sundance in 2009) and Mayweather’s Mayweather Films. The duo also plans to develop a reality show, based off of their friendship. The company currently has six feature films wrapped and a 10 picture/$200 million deal confirmed. 50 also performed live during Sundance, at The Fender Music Lodge.

Mayweather explained, “We’re going to do what we normally do sit in a room and brainstorm and try to come up with new ideas… you know, outside the box. “Be creative and just work together and try to be positive. That’s the main thing. It’s about working hard, being positive and working together.”
