Shaquille O’Neal & Hoopz Open-Up About Relationship + Planning New Reality Show

28-year-old Nikki ‘Hoopz’ Alexander, who became well-known after appearing on reality show, “Flavor of Love“, is going back to her reality roots. Hoopz, who was also featured on VH1’s “I Love Money,’’ “Rock of Love,’’ and “I Love New York,’’ has now landed her very own reality show. This time, it’s with her 38-year-old boyfriend, Shaquille O’Neal, who currently plays for the Boston Celtics. Shaq was formerly married to Shaunie O’Neal, who also has her own popular reality show, Basketball Wives. Shaq and Shaunie, were married from 2002 to 2009 and have four children together. Shaq also has a daughter from a previous relationship.

Currently, the show is in the planning stages, as Hoopz’ is meeting with a production team. The show will follow her life in the suburbs and her athletic-training business. Hoopz wants to become a guru for women’s health and self-defense, and she’s already meeting with her production team and concocting episodes.

Hoopz opened up to the Boston Globe about her relationship with Shaq, “We’re the same. We’re both goofballs. We’re chameleons. We can just go wherever and adapt.” While neither will confirm if they are engaged, Shaq who is clearly smitten by his baby-boo shared, “She’s my first female best friend, besides my mother. She makes me watch things I would never watch — like freakin’ ‘Spartacus.”
They are clearly in love. Sweet! Literally.
