Popular concert/ party promoter, DeJuan DeHov (of Wehadaball.net), celebrated his birthday over the weekend at Baltimore’s Milan, with a white & black theme. Lil Mo (pictured) was spotted along with Scola of Druid Hill and others.

 

 

 

On-Air radio personality, Vic Jagger (formerly known as Shaquana) of the Russ Parr Morning Show was spotted celebrating her birthday over the weekend at DC’s Oya restaurant, with close friends.
