theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Darren Sharper is firing back at the lawsuit filed by a construction company demanding his Miami mansion be sold off at foreclosure for screwing them out of thousands for work done on his pad, all while the disgraced NFL star is locked up in prison.

Back in March, Sharper reached a plea deal where he pled no contest to to rape and 4 druggings in California, and the agreement has the ex-NFL star serving 9 years in prison.

Sharper also plead guilty to sexual assault in Arizona and sentenced to 9 years in prison which runs concurrently with the California plea deal.

He will also serve parole for 3 years after released and then be on probation for the remainder of his life. Sharper is currently locked away in prison.
