Comedian Donnell Rawlings In Restaurant Brawl Over Bill [VIDEO]

Footage has surfaced of comedian Donnell Rawlings throwing blows, literally, at a Philadelphia restaurant — all over an unpaid bill. According to TMZ, he was dining at Little Pete’s when he walked out for a smoke. At that point, he says the waitress followed him and started screaming, accusing him of dining and dashing. He says she never gave him a chance to pay. A Little Pete’s employee paints a different story, saying he appeared drunk and was walking out on the tab. Afterward, Donnell tweeted:
