Hoda Kotb Adopts Daughter At 52

Congrats to Hoda Kotb! The TODAY Show anchor revealed that she had adopted a newborn daughter, named Haley Joy. Her daughter was born on February 14th. Hoda called into NBC Morning to share the news saying,

She’s a Valentine’s baby. She is the love of my life.

Hoda, who is 52, added that her mother had said,

We’ve been waiting a long time for you.

She also shared the news on social media.

Hoda moved in with her boyfriend, Joel Schiffman, last year. She was previously married to former University of New Orleans tennis coach Burzis Kanga. The couple divorced in 2007 after two years of marriage, and had no children.
