Amazing Grace ::: Giffords’ Initial Photos Released

Here is one of the initial photos of 41-year-old Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, that has been released since the Tuscon shooting earlier this year. On January 8, 2011, an assassination attempt on Giffords’ life took place at a Safeway supermarket. Giffords was critically injured by a gunshot wound to the head and six people were killed, one of them- federal judge John Roll. Thirteen people were injured in the shooting. The image was taken last month in Houston, outside of the rehabilitation. Peep the full story here.
