Kanye and Jay Surprise Teen At Sweet 16 Party + Is Jay-Z Losing Weight?

Over the weekend, Kanye West, Jay-Z and Ryan Leslie surprised a happy teenager by attending AND performing at her Sweet 16 party. The lucky 16-year-old? Her name is Leslie Taylor and she happens to be the daughter of one of Hov’s business associates. With a “Black Swan” theme (member the popular movie that won an Oscar), the party took place at NYC’s Carlton Hotel. They even had four ballerinas in costume who twirled and what-not (I added the twirl part, but you get what I mean) to Ye’s song, “Runaway.” How fancy and sweet!
