Gilbert Arenas Drops Lawsuit Against Laura Govan

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Gilbert Arenas has finally dropped his battle with his baby mama where he accused her of spreading lies about him having STD’s.

Back in 2015, the former NBA baller sued his child’s mother former Basketball Wives LA reality star Laura Govan – whom he shares four kids with – accusing her of concocting an evil scheme to humiliate him in the press – and spreading lies about him giving her STD’s

Govan allegedly wrote an email after their break up him stating, “When I left you it was because I couldn’t take the STDs.” … which he says was a lie. He accused her of then leaking the email she sent to the media.

Last year, a judge ordered Govan to pay Arenas $110k in damages for leaking the email to the press. Months later, Arenas slapped Govan and her lawyer with a brand-new lawsuit claiming the attorney posted a blog post about the legal battle. In the post she alleged that Govan was “stating a fact” when she made the STD’s claim. The battle had been raging ongoing for years until recently.

On October 31st, Arenas filed docs in the case informing the court that he was dropping his entire lawsuit. The two appear to have worked out their issues outside the courtroom, due to no mention of a settlement in the documents.

The dismissal brings an end to the nasty legal beef between the former couple.
