Would you like to see a reboot of The Parkers? This week, two of the cast members Dorien Wilson and Countess Vaughn, asked their fans on social media whether or not there was any interest. Dorien wrote,

The Parkers was a sitcom that aired on UPN from 1999 to 2004. A spin-off of UPN’s Moesha, the series featured the mother-daughter team of Nikki (played by Mo’Nique) and Kim Parker (played by Countess Vaughn). The cast also included: Jenna von Oÿ, Ken Lawson, Yvette Wilson and Dorien Wilson. We asked the question on our Instagram. See a few reactions.

People need to understand what a reboot is and what a returning series is. She shouldn’t want a reboot because they would change the entire story and cast. Countess Vaughn should want a return series. They would keep the cast the same and continue the story. They are doing this for roseanne and gilmore girls. But the way monique is out here..they will never get it
Some shows should be kept in the time machine. Under lock and key. Never to be seen again.
And this show is definitely one.
Nah wasnt a huge fan back in the day and couldnt see a reboot being any better lol
It will never happen, sorry to say, Mo’Nique is bad news.
